Becoming a Certified TMO Pro Teacher involves completing a series of assignments focused on the latest pedagogy and newest technology, as well as submitting videos of her online teaching for professional review. Thanks to amazing new online music education platforms with video/audio conferencing features optimized for music lessons, and my multi-camera technology, students can have an up-close view of their sheet music, the teacher's fingers on the keyboard, or the piano keys, themselves -- in any combination or all at once! This platform is currently used by Juilliard, Berklee & other top music groups and schools.
Beginning piano students receive a “Practice Buddy Video” after each lesson to practice “with the teacher” at home! (Parents say the videos encourage and help their children to practice more often.)
